Young Adult Track and Teen Space

At Free Spirit Gathering, we are Family oriented. We create a Young Adult Track that caters to the future members of our Community at large usually in the age range of 12 to 22. There are Workshops in the afternoon and Special Events in the evening, which build Body, Mind and Spirit. Our Young Adults accept the challenge to live, learn, love and laugh to best of their ability within their personal definitions and openly express such.

All afternoon Workshops and evening Events are generally set in Teen Space above the pool of Camp Ramblewood. Mornings are usually offered as free time and there are plenty of outlets for gamers to plug-in and play as well as a WiFi system to play online.

The afternoon Workshops are structured and non-structured, where presenters are able to offer structured Workshops at set dates and times or there are non-structured Workstations where the Young Adults can work on projects over the span of the Free Spirit week. Participation is usually individual or small group.

Evening Events are designed for group participation. We watch specific movies for value and entertainment. We hold participatory group word games and learn the origins of many of those words. We offer opportunities for participants to lead group Rituals. We offer play time in the pool with a certified life guard on duty. And to complete the week at Free Spirit, the Young Adults host their own Teen Dance in the Tin Can.

Our Young Adults are the future of our Community, so we offer them the ability to grow from their own experiences with guidance and skill. Welcome to Teen Space!!
